Bluer Guon Stone

If the player has +1 Bullets , Amulet of the Pit Lord , or Bullet Time , the size of the Guon Stone is increased, it rotates at a fixed distance from the player while they are moving instead of on a slight delay, and it rotates faster but orbits farther from the player. If the Guon Stone blocks a bullet, it deals 15 damage to all nearby enemies. This synergy is very effective against bosses, due to the large sprays of bullets most bosses fire.
