Effects
- Throws a bomb that deals 8 damage and freezes enemies.
Synergies
If the player has 
Homing Bullets or 
Crutch , Ice Bomb will home in on enemies.
If the player has 
Orbital Bullets , bombs start to generate and orbit around the player. These bombs won't deal damage to the player, just knock them around.
If the player has 
Lil' Bomber , it fires two bombs instead of one, charges twice as fast, and has 20% lower reload time.
Notes
- Unlike the regular Bomb , it does not open secret rooms.
- This bomb is useless against the Gorgun and will disappear instead of exploding.
