  • After defeating The Hunter 's past with her alternate skin, an alternate skin for this gun is unlocked.

Trivia

  • This gun seems to be an older version of the Colt 1851Colt 1851 . This is backed up by the fact that the Hunter starts with the Colt 1851Colt 1851 in her past.
  • However, the sprite for the Colt 1851Colt 1851 is missing a front sight, while the Rusty Sidearm is not.
  • While it is impossible to see in-game due to the gun having the infinite ammo variable set to true, the Rusty Sidearm has a maximum ammo of 350.
