Synergies
If the player also has

Irradiated Lead , the pistol turns into the Pandemic Pistol, increasing ammo capacity, and its bullets bounce off walls and are linked like 
VertebraeK-47 's bullets.
If the player also has 
Gas Mask or 
Hazmat Suit , Plague Pistol's magazine size is increased by 50%, shot size is increased, and shots can bounce once.
Notes
- If the player has both Pandemic Pistol and the
Machine Pistol with the Pistol Machine synergy, bullets from both weapons link up with each other as if shot from the same gun.
